These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77jap ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://77jap.app and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through that domain.

By creating a 77jap account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 77jap platform.

77jap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

As a registered player on 77jap, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify 77jap support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. Contact us via live chat at any time.

• Single Account Rule: You may hold only one registered account on 77jap. If we discover that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Personal Use Only: Your 77jap account is for your personal use only. You may not use your account for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting agency or accepting third-party deposits into your account balance.

77jap reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point. Failure to cooperate with these checks within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending completion of the verification process.

77jap supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary based on your account's verification status and transaction history.

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard: ৳500
• Deposits are credited to your 77jap balance in real time or within 60 seconds under normal conditions.
• Deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
• 77jap does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges — these are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding ৳20,000 is processed.
• 77jap reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds for large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

77jap does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment account must match the name on the registered 77jap account. Mismatched payment sources will result in withdrawal suspension until identity verification is completed.

77jap offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Standard Bonus Terms:

• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your balance.

• Bet Acceptance: 77jap reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on its platform at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds a player's or market's stake limit, where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where fraudulent intent is suspected.
• Pricing Errors: If a bet is accepted at a price that has been published in error — including as a result of a software fault, data feed error, or human input mistake — 77jap reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• Match Result Disputes: All sports bet results are determined using official data from recognised governing bodies. For cricket, official results are sourced from the ICC and BCB. Disputes regarding the outcome of a market must be raised within 72 hours of settlement.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to brief delays and suspension periods. A bet submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. 77jap accepts no liability for live odds inaccuracies caused by data feed latency.
• Casino Game Fairness: All RNG-based casino games hosted on 77jap use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are statistically independent — past results have no influence on future outcomes.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within each game's information panel.

77jap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to the platform
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Operating multiple accounts
• Threats, abusive language, or harassment directed at 77jap support staff

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any associated funds will be held in escrow until the investigation is concluded. If the account is subsequently reinstated, funds will be returned in full. If the investigation results in permanent closure due to a confirmed Terms breach, 77jap reserves the right to withhold funds where permitted under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77jap, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, account access, or game history due to technical failure
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Inaccurate or outdated odds or market information displayed on the platform due to data feed errors

In jurisdictions where exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
